What Does the Term "Networking" Mean to You?: Hello Everyone,

My name is Lenai Stewart, I live in Long Island, New York with my two daughters.

I am a suburban girl by heart, love the space to walk down the sidewalk.

And I really don't have to worry about being an expert at parallel parking.

We have tons of parking lots here, so I can just drive right on in.. LOL.

I worked in the corporate arena all of my life, in coaching & training.

What I liked the most about my work experience was watching
employees develop & be successful in their job.

My Challenge as a single parent, climbing the corporate ladder, I had to constantly find a juggle between my family & work.

Climbing the corporate ladder is great, but when your work begins to interfere with your family time.

For me, that is a time to take a look at what is going to work best for my family.

Salaried employees are not paid for their work after 5, & the bigger the title the more is required from you. I embrace more responsibility that is not an issue for me.

My mind set is that I was not being paid for my worth & my family time is my top priority.

I have not escaped responsibility working from
home; more is required from all us that are working from home.

If you are seriously building a business from home that takes constant learning, then applying what you learn to the best of your ability.

Entrepreneurs are paid on their energy & time devoted to building their business but most of all how well they serve others.

I program hopped for about 6 months, lost money but my desire for more life was so big I just wouldn't be denied.

It's our God Given right to live a life that gives evidence to what you see in your head. Poverty is not from God.

I desired a business where everyone was coached & trained on developing their own skill set.

The top earners in this industry found their niche, it's important that each of us find our own niche. That’s where your success will be.

Training should leave an effect on you that you can take with you in whatever business you are promoting.

Now that is coaching & training!

I think why most people have a hard time is that they are not given the right information & right environment to really be successful.

Branding your name in your business is probably the most important thing you can.

I'm glad I never gave up or listen to other people's war stories about how things didn't work for them.

I continue to keep the faith & help others really be successful from
home.

it doesn't require alot of explanation to others about what you see.

You kind of just do it!

Then people see the results of your efforts.

And you kind of just smile on the inside & say “I did it"
